SA actress, Pearl Thusi pays tribute to her mom who died 16 years ago, on the 14th of July, 2004.
The star shared touching words on social media and penned down achievements she’s had, believing her late mom is pleased with all her deeds.
“As I begin to write down down this… I realise from now on, everyday are getting to be another day I’ve been on this earth longer without you than i wont to be ever with you, Mom. within the flesh anyway. I can’t boast about how you made & raised the first African MAC ambassador…”
“1st person to steer a Netflix original in Africa… int actress, mother, business woman & activist. you almost certainly did so good mom. I’m so pleased with you… but I’d provides it all away to possess . Hope I make u proud by raising a woman who’ll be our ancestors wildest dreams,” she added.

Meanwhile, some months ago, during the early stage of lockdown in SA, Pearl went off social media for some period, it was reported that she lost her dad, in which got her in a mournful state.
